Artpark Fairy House Festival 2024

Enjoy the enchanting and wondrous 14th annual Artpark Fairy House Festival in the Lower Park from 11AM - 3PM! Festival goers will delight with captivating performances by Jon Lehrer Dance Company and tour the woods to discover Fairy Houses by local artists. Children of all ages may engage in fairy art making activities and spaces. This years festival will feature a fairy market place by local artisans and craft vendors where attendees can purchase a piece of this magical world to bring home. 

Plus: Join us for a free performance by Jon Lehrer Dance Company from 3-4PM on the Emerald Grove Stage

Fairy House Creation: 

Professional: Accepted artists submissions that receive written confirmation will receive an honorarium of $150 upon installation. Honorariums are limited. 

Community: Families, children, students and community groups will be eligible for a prize of first $100, second $75 and third $50 place. Judging and award ceremony to take place during the festival.

Artisan Vendors

Artpark is looking for whimsical artisans and craftspeople to sell their creations and/or artwork at the 2024 Fairy House Festival. Interested artists should email [email protected] with their name, phone number, business name, 5 images of the work that they will be selling &  a brief written description of their prices and wares. 

Please put "Fairy House Festival Vendor" in the subject line.

Booth fee: $10

Artists will be notified of acceptance on or before June 15, 2024. 

Jon Lehrer Dance Company originated in Buffalo in 2007, and has been based in New York City since 2019. Their annual residency and continued relationship with Artpark fills Lehrer and the company with joy, as they always look forward to coming back and reuniting with the community that started it all.
